C. Security data (reCAPTCHA) To protect the site from spam and abuse, we use the Google reCAPTCHA v3 service. This system analyzes user behavior on the site (e.g., mouse movements, time spent) and the IP address to distinguish humans from automated bots.
Your data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
Service provision (Pre-contractual/Contractual measures): To respond to your quote requests, organize NCC (chauffeur-driven car hire) transfers, and manage bookings. The legal basis is the necessity to execute pre-contractual measures adopted at your request (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR).
Legal obligations: To fulfill tax, accounting, or administrative obligations required by current law. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. c, GDPR).
Site security (Legitimate interest): The use of reCAPTCHA serves to prevent cyber attacks and spam. The legal basis is the Controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR).
Statistical analysis (Consent): To analyze site traffic via Google Analytics. Tracking occurs only with your prior consent.
Your data will never be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. They may be shared exclusively with:
Authorized personnel and drivers tasked with performing the transport service.
Essential technical service providers (e.g., web hosting service, email provider).
External consultants (e.g., accountant) for administrative and tax purposes.

Data relating to quote requests not followed by a booking will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months.
Data relating to services actually provided (invoicing, contracts) will be kept for 10 years, as required by Italian legal obligations regarding tax and accounting matters.
Data collected via Google services (Analytics and reCAPTCHA) may be processed on servers located in the United States. This transfer takes place on the basis of the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
